We arrived in Birmingham this past Thursday and are having a wonderful time with family and friends. Dennis came for several days and is already back in Presho busy at work. We are so glad he was able to come with us in the beginning, HOWEVER, it is definitely tough not having him with us for an entire week. So Den, if you are reading this we miss you and love you tons! Wish you were here.
Here is a recap of the fun with have had so far. We enjoyed time at the zoo and swinging at the park. Poor Mae is like her Momma and Daddy. We have had to load her up with tons of sunscreen since we have been here. The girl has fair skin and with this heat and humidity she needs all the help she can get. Bless her heart!
We had a very sweet and very meaningful baby dedication for Mae at Dawson. Thank you to those family and friends who were there to be a part of this special moment.
We have spent a lot of time with our cousins, aunts, uncles, Buddy, Grandmomma, etc. Mae is just loving every minute of the attention she is getting. She especially loves the attention of her cousins Bo, Ellie, Henry, Zachary and Gracie.
I will be sure to post more from our trip. We will be here until the 6th.
